A large south-west facing terrace of 20 m2 completes the layout, furnished with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding countryside.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, 2 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available as an extra. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
