Please be aware that shorts are not permitted in the pool area, and swimwear is mandatory for all guests wishing to use the swimming pool. The main level features a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining room equipped with a flat screen television and a hi-fi system, along with a separate WC for added convenience. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and opens onto the terrace, making it ideal for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. On the lower ground floor, you will find the 2 bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay. The single bathroom on this level includes a bath and WC. The property also boasts 2 outdoor terrace areas, one of 22 m2 and one of 44 m2 that is roofed, both offering beautiful views of the sea and hills, and furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.
