This room also offers direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own air conditioning unit, and a private exit to the terrace as well. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from a balcony of 6 m2 and a terrace of 8 m2, the latter furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
