On the upper floor, a further bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a second shower room with WC and access to a 5 m2 balcony, also offering the same stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Both balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

In the kitchen area, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Climate comfort is ensured through both air conditioning and electric heating available throughout the apartment. For laundry needs, a washing machine is provided, along with an iron. Entertainment is catered for with a flat-screen television in the living area. Connectivity is available via WiFi internet access, available at an extra charge. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
