The main level welcomes you with an open lounge area featuring a flat screen TV and DVD player, with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Also on this floor, an open kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs and includes a dining table, with a separate exit leading to the terrace. A bathroom and a separate WC complete this level. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on this floor, each furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, individual air conditioning, and a fan, with direct access to the garden. On the lower ground floor, you will find the third bedroom, also furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a shower room and a separate WC.
