The heart of the home is a generous living and dining room of 60 m2, featuring a dining table and a flat screen television, with direct access to the garden, the terrace, and the swimming pool. Adjacent to this space, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A separate WC is also available on this level. The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private hand-basin as well as a bath and shower.
On the lower ground floor, accessible via 4 steps, 2 additional bedrooms are located. The first features 1 french bed of 160 cm by 200 cm with direct access to the terrace, while the second also offers 1 french bed of the same dimensions of 160 cm by 200 cm and is served by a shower and WC.
The upper floor is reached via an open staircase and opens onto a large gallery of 35 m2 with characterful sloping ceilings ranging in height from 142 to 350 cm. This space accommodates 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. A magnificent south-facing terrace of 60 m2 completes this level, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.

Please be aware that the villa is not suitable for small children. A smoke alarm is installed for the safety of all guests. A short midweek cleaning session is included during the stay.
