A balcony of 12 m2 enjoys a south-facing position and offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool, and balcony furniture is provided for outdoor enjoyment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
