The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the loggia as well, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The apartment includes 1 bathroom along with a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided through air conditioning units available in both bedrooms, complemented by electric heating throughout the entire apartment, keeping the space warm during cooler periods. Entertainment is catered for with a television in the living and dining room as well as a second television in one of the bedrooms, though please be aware that TV channels are available in French only. The kitchen is thoroughly outfitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is reserved for non-smokers only, and smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A smoke alarm is installed in the apartment for the safety and security of all guests. A private garage space, referenced as C124, is included and features a height clearance of 185 cm and a width of 230 cm, providing secure and convenient parking for guests travelling by car. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
