From the living room, you have direct access to a large terrace of 20 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a very beautiful view of the sea, the port, and the bay. The 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a restful and private sleeping space. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, a 3-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Tassimo capsules, which are available as an extra. The bathroom is appointed with a shower and a separate WC, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
