The main house is a 5-room property offering a generous and well-thought-out layout. On the ground floor, the living and dining room extends over 50 square metres and provides a welcoming communal space with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed, a bidet, a shower with WC, and a double hand-basin, with its own exit to the terrace. A second bedroom also on this level is equipped with 1 french bed and a shower with WC. The kitchen is a substantial 35 square metres and is fitted with an oven, 5 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. A separate WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, a third bedroom contains 1 french bed, while a fourth bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds of 90 cm each. A bathroom with a bidet, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin serves the upper floor. Floor heating is installed throughout this level. The property also includes a large terrace of 55 square metres, partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and 12 deck chairs. Situated 10 metres away, the independent house known as "Le Petit Mas" offers an additional 55 square metres across 3 rooms. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
