On the ground floor, a welcoming open dining room of 20 m2 flows naturally into a lounge of 25 m2 featuring a flat screen TV, with direct access to the terrace. A large room of 40 m2 with a window overlooking the courtyard is also located on this level, furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor includes a dining table and comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 4 additional bedrooms are arranged to provide comfortable and private sleeping quarters. The first room features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second offers a French bed of 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third and fourth rooms each provide a French bed of 140 cm in width. The upper floor bathroom is generously appointed with a bath, shower, bidet, double hand-basin, and a separate WC. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
