L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de La Bocca. Nous avons pu assister au représentation des sélections du Festival de Cannes au cinéma La Licorne qui se trouve à 5 minutes de cet appartement; Très bon séjour face à la mer.

The house, the location,the surroundings and the town of Cotignac was exellent.
Our only concern war the temperture inhouse on the beginning of October.
This was our second visit to the house, first time seven years ago. And we would like to come back later.

The apartment is well located a short distance from Cannes centre - it is well serviced by buses and trains though they can finish quite early (we were there in Sept so that may be off season). That being said it was not hugely expensive to get a tzxi should you need to do so. Lots of good grocery stores/supermarkets nearby and the fabulous bakery around the corner is worth a visit (every day!!!). Apartment iteslf was really clean and well serviced, though I felt that as you were paying additional for bedlinen and towels they could have been a bit more generous in their provision. The bedroom is very small and slightly claustrophobic so we generally used the pull out sofa bed which was absolutely fine. The only other bone of contention was the wifi kept dropping which was very annoying. Notwithstanding those minor quibbles, I would absolutely recommend the real value for money of this apartment and the fabulous sea view from the balcony made it a really relaxing chill out place for the mornings and evenings.

A wonderful apartment with every home comfort.The balcony was exceptional with a wide range of furniture and sea views.
Location of villa: For those less infirm of families with small children access by foot could be difficult with a large number of steps.
Suggestions of things to do while staying at this property: Nice is a very clean town which bustles at night with hundreds of good quality restaurants in the old town.
I would recommend this property to a friend.
