Ideally located, it is only 4 minutes by car from the historic center of Grimaud, 13 minutes by car from the mythical village of Saint-Tropez and 18 minutes from the beaches of Pampelonne. In the private and secure complex of Val Grimaud, this villa of 650m² and 3000m² of land, offers spacious and welcoming living spaces decorated with an ethical-chic spirit.
The villa is on two levels, perched on a promontory, has 6 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each of which with ensuite bathrooms, finely painted in pastel beige tones.
Each room has an independent terrace, some with mountain views and others with sea views.

Ces présentes conditions de location sont demandées par le propriétaire/gérant du logement.
Easy Reserve Limited agit en tant que rédacteur et fournisseur de services Internet pour les propriétaires, les gérants immobiliers, les agences, les tours opérateurs et les hotels; Easy Reserve Limited ne sera en aucun cas responsable des dommages directs ou indirectes, des accidents, des vols causés aux locataires, leur proches ou à leurs biens pendant leurs vacances, soit dans la propriété louée soit ailleurs.
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will apply.
A cancellation charge will apply:
- from the time of the booking to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price.
- from 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price.
For any amendment requested in addition to the original booking, assuming that the property and the rental period remain the same, the client must pay an administration fee of €25.00.
If the client asks to modify the rental period or property and a new booking has to be created the cancellation policy above will apply.
Should the client re-book a different villa or date, it may be possible to transfer this amount to the new booking.
The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation of the booking.
Note: - If the reason for the client's cancellation is covered under the terms of the client's insurance policy, the client may be able to reclaim these charges.
***This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 4pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.

Le solde est dû 45 jours avant l'arrivée.
Pour les réservations de dernière minute (dans les 45 jours de votre arrivée, sauf indication contraire dans les conditions de réservation de l'établissement), le montant total devra être réglé au moment de la réservation.
Annulation d'une réservation, sauf indication contraire dans les conditions de réservation de la propriété, même si cette dernière est remplacée par une autre, les pénalités suivantes devront être payées:
- le pourcentage du montant total de la location, payé au moment de la réservation; à titre d'acompte initial si l'annulation est faite entre le moment de la réservation et 46 jours avant le début de la période de location;
- 100% du prix total de la location si l'annulation intervient entre 45 jours avant et le jour de l'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
