The property is perfect and very functional.The site iswonderful for sunshine from 08:00 - 20:30. Espceially we liked the glass veranda which is very useful at times when temperature outside isa little nippy. Pool and pool area we liked very much.

Wonderful place to stay at a great price. Nothing better than staying right off the beach of the French Riviera. This apartment includes everything a tenant needs to have a very enjoyable stay. Much spacier than a standard hotel and great for relaxing and hosting.

In the centre of Cannes, very well situated at 10 minutes walk to the Palais des Festival, extremely good value for money, extremely welcoming, will definitely rent again, Thank you

The Villa was wonderfull and so was the owner downstair. However, we had to deal with a sub agent which was situated in the next town....not to far in distance but 45 minutes. No one wanted to greet us at the Villa so we had to detour at their office to pick up the keys and to return the keys. They were not very accomodating and I was not impressed with their services. The Villa again, was great however.

Sehr gut gelegene und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die tägliche Markthalle um die Ecke erfreute uns sehr, auch die kleinen Cafés sind zu empfehlen. Eine herrliche Woche in Saint Raphael. Merci beaucoup!

Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent quality. New and fresh bed linnen and towels. The description was correct. All four bedrooms were excellent. The villa was very well cleaned prior to Our arrival. Very Nice Kitchen area With dishwasher, fridge micro wave and freezer. Dining area was good. The bathrooms were also excellent. Many restaurants within walking distance. Beach also within walking distance.The owner Mr. Tareb was very helpful when a major problem with the sewer occured. Excellent location and easy to Reach. Very nice pool with different Depths whcich made it suitable for the youngest guest of six years. The area nearby was quiet and nice.I would very much recommend this property to a friend and have already showed to som of my collegues.
