The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests and is organized across a thoughtfully designed single-level layout comprising 1 bedroom area and 1 bathroom. Upon entering, an entrance hall without a window features 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a practical sleeping space for 2 guests. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering additional sleeping accommodation, as well as a flat screen television. From the living area, direct access leads to a large terrace of 15 m2, partly roofed and west facing, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a distant view of the sea. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the studio space and features 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
