This elegant vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 43 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a versatile sleeping solution for additional guests. This space also offers direct access to the private terrace. The 1 dedicated bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The apartment includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The private terrace of 5 m2 is furnished with terrace furniture and offers a beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your visit. Climate control is provided through air conditioning available in both the living area and the bedroom, while electric heating in the bedroom ensures warmth during cooler periods. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The flat is perfect, very pleasantly furnished, great location, but.
But please note there is no lift (3d floor), It is clearly explained on the offer but I overlloked it.
But I would have given 5 stars without their local representative, unfriendly, unhelpful, un everything you might think about . Don't even bother to ask, the answer is No. And their opening hours are that of a French post office. The Riviera at its worst (don't bother the service, we will have tourists anyway).
