This vacation rental is a fully renovated 2-room apartment of 36 m2, located on the 3rd floor and accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The apartment was comprehensively renovated in 2017 and is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its compact yet functional layout. The living and dining room features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and provides direct access to the terrace. The single bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed, also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and similarly opens onto the terrace. In total, the apartment offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, the latter configured as a shower with WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. A large terrace of 9 m2 completes the apartment, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a side view of the sea.
