Terrace furniture is provided for your comfort. A sleeping alcove of 4 m2 is also located on this floor, equipped with 1 double wall-trunk bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchenette on this level is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground-level layout. On the upper floor, you will find 1 private room featuring 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, its own air conditioning unit, and direct access to a balcony of 7 m2 with equally stunning views of the lake and the garden. A full bathroom with bath and WC is also located on this upper level. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
