- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Ferienunterkunft war sehr gut und sauber. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Eine kleine Küche,Bad und Schlafzimmer.Kleine Hunde sind erlaubt, was ich sehr gut finde. Wir waren am Sonntag angreist und wurden nicht genügend informiert, dass der Wohnungsschlüssel in einem Büro ist das ca. 30 Minuten von der Wohnanlage entfernt war. Desswegen mussten wir sehr lange suchen.Sonst war alles top.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The holiday accommodation was very good and clean. You had everything you need. A small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Small dogs are allowed, which I think is very good. We arrived on Sunday and were not sufficiently informed that the apartment key was in an office which was about 30 minutes away from the condominium. Because of that we had to search for a long time. Otherwise everything was great.
