The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens directly onto the terrace. A second room features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also provides access to the terrace. The ground floor further includes a kitchenette equipped with a bar area, as well as a bathroom with WC and a separate WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, hosts 2 additional bedrooms. The first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second is a children's room containing 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and a set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor.
