On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining room greets you with an open-hearth fireplace, intended for decoration, and a dining table that sets the tone for convivial gatherings. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens directly onto the terrace. A second room features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also provides access to the terrace. The ground floor further includes a kitchenette equipped with a bar area, as well as a bathroom with WC and a separate WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, hosts 2 additional bedrooms. The first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second is a children's room containing 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and a set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
