The Bartavelle is a 5-room house spanning across 220 square meters and two levels, offering rustic furnishings. On the upper floor, you'll find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (solely for decoration), a dining table, and a TV. This level also features two rooms, each equipped with a French bed, a kitchen with various appliances (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin. The second upper floor comprises one room with a French bed and another room with two beds (80 cm). Additionally, there's a shower, a separate toilet, and another double hand-basin. The property is equipped with electric heating and boasts a large balcony with balcony furniture, deck chairs, and a box-room.
