On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living and dining room with a flat screen television serves as the heart of the home, opening directly onto the terrace and providing views of the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom and a flat screen television. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a second bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and also includes a flat screen television. A shared bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC serve the upper floor. A south-facing roofed terrace of 15 m2 is accessible from the property, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, and offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
