The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a flat-screen television and provides direct access to a 6 m² balcony, offering a partial view of the sea and benefiting from both south-facing and east-facing orientations. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by a private separate WC and shower. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of identical dimensions, measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
