The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the living space seamlessly. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with both bath and shower facilities is available on this level, along with a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor, the remaining 3 bedrooms are arranged to provide comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
