This vacation rental is a thoughtfully designed 1-room studio of 25 m2, situated on the 2nd floor and accommodating a maximum of 2 guests. The studio features 1 bedroom area and 1 bathroom, seamlessly combining the living and dining spaces into a single, comfortable and beautifully furnished environment. The main living area is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a restful sleeping arrangement within the open-plan layout. A kitchenette is integrated into the studio and includes 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and direct access to all essential cooking facilities. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The studio opens directly onto a private terrace of 10 m2, positioned with a north-west facing orientation and offering a stunning view of the sea. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal space for relaxing or dining al fresco.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
