The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and features 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is a welcoming space enhanced by a panoramic window that floods the room with natural light, while direct access leads out to a 6 m2 balcony positioned with a south-facing and east-facing orientation, offering beautiful views of the sea. The first bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom also includes a dressing room and features 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment benefits from a south-east facing position overall, further enhancing its luminosity and outlook. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, completing a fluid and functional interior layout.

The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen features 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Capsules for the Senseo coffee machine are available as an extra. Outdoor dining and leisure are made enjoyable by the balcony furniture and an electric barbecue on the 6 m2 balcony. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed for safety. Please be aware that the building does not have a lift, and access to the 3rd floor is therefore via stairs.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
