The second room is a smaller space furnished with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. On the upper floor, a gallery with a rooflight provides an additional sleeping area with 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including this gallery, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms. The apartment also benefits from a 6 m2 terrace, partly roofed and oriented in a south-west facing position, furnished with terrace furniture and offering views of both the sea and the swimming pool.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
