From this space, you have direct access to the terrace. A small room offers 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A further room provides an additional pull-out bed for 2 persons, also measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, and likewise grants access to the terrace. The kitchenette is well-appointed with 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The south-facing roofed terrace of 5 m2 is furnished with terrace furniture and offers a view of the sea.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
