The living room opens out to a terrace. Additionally, there's a playroom and a small children's room with one bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) that also has access to the terrace. The 40-square-meter studio features a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a kitchen corner, a separate WC, a shower, a TV, and air conditioning. It has an exit leading to the garden.
The open kitchen measures 12 square meters and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. There's also a dining nook, a shower, and a separate WC. The ground floor has air conditioning and floor heating.
On the upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, there's a large room with a french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom, a separate WC, a bath/shower, and air conditioning. This room has access to a terrace. Another large room has a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, a shower, and a fan. There's also a 10-square-meter room with a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan, a 10-square-meter children's room with two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and another children's room with two bunk beds (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Both children's rooms have fans. This level also has a shower and a separate WC.
On the second upper floor, there's a large 25-square-meter room with a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, a shower, and a fan. The house has wooden floors throughout.
