On the main level, the villa opens into a spacious and bright living and dining room, elegantly furnished and equipped with a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. From this level, you have direct access to a terrace of 10 m2, where terrace furniture is provided for your enjoyment, along with a very beautiful view of the sea and the garden. The kitchenette on this floor is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom is a smaller room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor consists of a shower and a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find the third bedroom, which is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor also includes a shower and WC combined, as well as a direct exit to the garden and access to a second terrace of 7 m2.

The lower ground floor is accessed exclusively via an exterior staircase, which guests should bear in mind when planning their stay.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
