The kitchenette on this floor is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom is a smaller room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor consists of a shower and a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find the third bedroom, which is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
