From this space, you have direct access to a south and west facing balcony of 5 m2, complete with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying natural light throughout the day. The dedicated bedroom contains 1 French bed, also measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a restful and private sleeping space. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged to meet all your culinary needs, featuring a dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Tassimo capsules, which are available as an extra.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout all seasons. In the kitchen area, you will find a dishwasher and a microwave, both seamlessly integrated into the fully fitted kitchenette alongside the additional appliances described above. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
