The living and dining area is equipped with a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests, along with a flat screen television and air conditioning. From this space, you have direct access to the south-facing and west-facing balcony of 5 m2, which is furnished with balcony furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. The dedicated bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is also equipped with its own air conditioning unit. A second exit to the balcony is accessible from the kitchenette area. The kitchenette is well appointed and includes 1 induction hot plate, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Climate control is provided throughout the property by means of air conditioning units present in both the living area and the bedroom, while electric heating is also available for cooler periods. Entertainment is catered for with a flat screen television, though please be aware that television channels are available in French only. The kitchenette is well stocked with appliances including a microwave, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, freezer, 1 induction hot plate, and 2 gas rings. The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. A dedicated parking space, numbered 41, is available for 1 car. The building is not equipped with a lift, and access to the 2nd floor is therefore via the staircase. A smoke alarm is installed within the property for your safety. Coffee capsules compatible with the Nespresso machine are available as an extra. The balcony benefits from both a south-facing and west-facing position, maximising natural light and outdoor enjoyment throughout the day.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
