This elegant vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 50 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, offering a welcoming and beautifully furnished space complete with a flat-screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to a private terrace of 15 m2 that provides a side view of the sea. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit for added comfort. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and is served by a fan. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso and filter capsules available as an extra. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
