"Balcon d'Azur" is a beautifully appointed 5-room villa spanning 170 m2 across 2 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure privacy and ease of movement throughout the property. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the floors, meaning access between levels is provided via an external route.

The main living area is furnished with care and elegance, featuring a living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, a dining table, and a flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level.

On the lower ground floor, the 4 bedrooms are arranged to offer direct access to the outdoors. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC as well as a dedicated shower and WC, with direct exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm and is served by its own shower and WC, also with terrace access. The third bedroom, equally appointed with a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, is equipped with air conditioning and opens onto the terrace.
