The bathroom features a shower, and a separate WC completes the sanitary facilities of the apartment. The apartment includes 1 bathroom in total. A west-facing terrace of 14 m2 extends the living space outdoors, offering a stunning view of the sea and furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
