The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, creating a seamless and functional layout throughout the apartment. The south-facing terrace spans 13 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, making it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic sea views.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
