This floor also features a shower room with a separate WC. On the 2nd upper floor, a spacious living and dining room with a television and air conditioning opens onto a 5 m2 terrace offering a very beautiful view of the sea and the port. Also on this level, there is 1 small room with 1 pull-out bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and integrated into the living space. The house features a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
