A separate alcove houses 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, consisting of 2 individual sections each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with both a bath and shower, complemented by a separate WC. The studio also benefits from a south-east facing terrace of 6 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a pleasant view of the port.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
