The living and dining area features 1 double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution for 2 guests. A separate alcove houses 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, consisting of 2 individual sections each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with both a bath and shower, complemented by a separate WC. The studio also benefits from a south-east facing terrace of 6 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a pleasant view of the port.
