The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length with access to a balcony, the second also offers 1 French bed of the same dimensions (140 cm x 190 cm), and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom on this floor includes a shower and WC. Please be aware that the bathroom is noted as small in size.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
