"Les Mas de Cogolin 3" is a charming 4-room terraced house spanning 66 m2 across 2 levels, partly renovated in 2024 and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor welcomes you into a warm and cosy living and dining area, complete with a flat screen TV and direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 15 m2 with a south-east facing position and open views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally from the living space. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. 1 of the bedrooms offers direct access to a small south-east facing balcony of 3 m2, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are equally comfortable and well-appointed. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The vacation rental is equipped with a comprehensive selection of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen features a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra. Air conditioning is available throughout the property to ensure a pleasant atmosphere regardless of the season. A washing machine is on hand for added convenience during longer stays. The living area is equipped with a flat screen television for your entertainment. Pets are welcome at this property, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
