Nice apartment with a lovely outlook. Very well provided with essentials. We particularly liked the little pack with dishwasher tab, washing powder etc. The access corridors in the block are a bit gloomy but that's not anything that can be done by the owners. The mattress on the bed wasn't great.

Cadre idéal bien situé le logement mérite un gros rafraîchissement, beaucoup de multiprises la batterie de cuisine vieillissante notamment les planches à découper.nous remercions Interhom d'être intervenu pour remplacer rapidement le ventilateur qui est tombé en panne au bout de 2 jours.

Very good adress in the center of the old Town. Nice view overlooking the harbour and the Bay. Super parking.

A notre arrivée le sol de l’appartement était pas du tout propre
Au moment de lancer une machine, je pense que les sécurités du tambour n’ont pas été enlevées car la machine fait trembler tout l’immeuble et si on ne l’a tient pas elle fini au milieu du salon. Sinon ça allait, l’endroit est calme et à proximité du port qui est un joli petit spot pour les balades.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Logement vieillot à remettre au goût du jour. Installation électrique à refaire complètement, Housses de couettes fournies pour lit 1 personne alors qu'il s'agit de lits 2 personnes. Manque de matériel (grandes tasses ou bols...). Robinet évier qui ne tient plus. Micro-ondes qui ne fonctionne pas. Portail en très mauvais état, etc

Die Sicht ist wunderschön. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Leider ist es etwas hellhörig.

A generally good standard property, in a fantastic quiet location a five minute drive from the lovely village of Menerbes. On the negative we were not happy with the cleanliness of the pool and the downstairs shower.
