Ho trascorso una vacanza di 14 gg con la mia famiglia , vista mare eccezionale, palazzo tranquillo e pulito.L’alloggio è accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort. Presenta alcune criticità ( migliorabili) :
1) cattivo odore in cucina proveniente dai mobili
2) poco spazio per la dispensa in cucina

Very clean property, full of accessories in the kitchen and somewhere else. Huge balcony for cool dinners! To be recommended

actually the house and the place is sweet. It's just that you didn't really feel welcome (other house owners we have experienced in the past did much better)

It is a nice house, quiet, clean and fine for 5 persons. We would have liked a bit more privacy to the road, where the plants/bushes have been cut down - but since there was very little traffic it was okay.
The outside light was broken.
The pool in the area is nice, but ‘everything’ is not allowed: jumping in the pool, toys, drinks or food, playing with diving masks etc etc.
Seemed very restrictive, and no sunchairs (guess they don’t want people to stay there?)

The flat is perfect, very pleasantly furnished, great location, but.
But please note there is no lift (3d floor), It is clearly explained on the offer but I overlloked it.
But I would have given 5 stars without their local representative, unfriendly, unhelpful, un everything you might think about . Don't even bother to ask, the answer is No. And their opening hours are that of a French post office. The Riviera at its worst (don't bother the service, we will have tourists anyway).Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

POSITIV:
Freundlicher herzlicher Empfang und problemloser Check in/out.
Besitzer wohne in der Nähe in eigenen Häusern und sind immer erreichbar aber sehr liebenswürdig, diskret und unaufdringlich.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmig.
Gut klimatisiert.
Küche mit Geräten und Geschirr voll ausgestattet - auch mit
Nichtalltäglichem. (Backofen- Micro - 4 Plattenceranfeld -
Bosch Tassimo Maschine - große Kühlgefrierkombi -
Einrichtung einfach aber zweckmäßig. Einige schöne Antiquitätenund Objekte: z.B. Brique a Vin und Olivenholzschale.
Flachbild TV mit deutschen aber unsortierten Programmen (Manchmal flattert das Bild etwas)
Gepflegter Pool - etwas klein aber gut geschnitten und tief.
Ruhige etwas abgelegene Lage dafür sehr viel Privacy.
Bis Saint Tropez und den Stränden eine gute Stunde Fahrzeit in der Saison einplanen.
Schöne Aussicht über Grimaud nach Port Grimaud bis zum Meer in weiter Ferne.
Die kurvige enge Zufahrtstrasse ist geteert bis fast zum Haus (was selten vorkommt) und auch für leicht tieferliegende Fahrzeuge problemlos machbar.
NEGATIV:
Internet bzw. W-LAN funktioniert gar nicht bis sehr schlecht.
Aber guter Empfang wenn man genug Datenvolumen hat und nicht auf W-LAN angewiesen ist. Streaming über W-LAN nicht möglich. Wird in der Beschreibung anders dargestellt.

Maison et jardin très agréables.
La propreté a l’étage n’était pas au rendez-vous : sols très poussiéreux.
Il manquait un séchoir à linge que nous avons du réclamer.
Il faudrait ajouter un grille pain dans la cuisine.
Les indications d’accès à la maison fournies étaient inutilisables parce pas assez précises et il faudrait un plan pour se repérer.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Mit Familie und Freunden, alt und jung, haben wir zwei Wochen Urlaub auf Domaine de Piegros sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist etwas Besonderes. Es liegt herrlich, wenn auch nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen. Die letzten 2 km sind Schotterstraße und weisen einige Bodenwellen auf. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet.
