The kitchenette is well-appointed and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it fully functional for self-catering stays.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. J’ai laissé un commentaire ms peut-être pas au bon endroit.
Très bel appart ac une vue exceptionnelle. Très bien aménagé, photos conformes, ns étions enchantés et tt à pieds! Il manquerait peut-être les instructions pr l’électroménager.
Très bien reçus par Virginie interhome à Hyères.
Un peu compliqué au début de abrite à easy reserve pr terminer par interhome ms à chaque fois les interlocuteurs ns ont bien expliqué et patiemment.

Nice apartment with a lovely outlook. Very well provided with essentials. We particularly liked the little pack with dishwasher tab, washing powder etc. The access corridors in the block are a bit gloomy but that's not anything that can be done by the owners. The mattress on the bed wasn't great.
