On the main level, you are welcomed into a bright and beautifully furnished living and dining area, complete with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to one of the 2 south-facing terraces, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the sea. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a mini-oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available as an extra. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the facilities on this level.
On the upper floor, you will find 1 room with characterful sloping ceilings and a panoramic window, furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a hand-basin. This upper room also benefits from direct access to a second south-facing terrace, further enhancing the sense of space and the stunning sea views. Both terraces are equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
