The living and dining area is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and a flat screen television. From the living area, you have direct access to a private east-facing terrace of 6 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is located in the entrance area and is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The studio includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC. Throughout the property, you will find elegant wooden floors that contribute to the warm and refined atmosphere of this fully renovated space.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a microwave alongside 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Please be aware that the refrigerator does not include a freezer compartment. A washing machine is available for your convenience during your stay. The flat screen television in the living area offers entertainment, though please note that TV channels are available in French only. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service.

This property was fully renovated in 2025 and is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The studio is a smoke-free environment and is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety. No parking is available at the property. The east-facing terrace of 6 m2 provides a pleasant outdoor space with furnished seating and an unobstructed view of the sea. WiFi internet access is available upon request for an additional charge.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
