From the living room, you have direct access to a south- and west-facing terrace of 9 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering a delightful side view of the sea, the garden, and the golf course. The private bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchenette is well-appointed and includes 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
