The sleeping alcove provides additional privacy and is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living room opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 12 m2, complete with terrace furniture, making it an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. The kitchenette is fully appointed and includes a mini-oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with Dolce Gusto capsules available as an extra.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during warmer months, while electric heating keeps the space warm during cooler periods. The kitchenette benefits from both a dishwasher and a microwave, making meal preparation and clean-up straightforward and convenient. Entertainment is well catered for, with a flat screen television located in the living room and a second flat screen television in the sleeping alcove. Pets are welcome in the property, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted during your stay. The studio is also fitted with a smoke alarm for your safety.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
