On the upper ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a flexible sleeping solution. From this level, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 8 m2 as well as a smaller terrace of 4 m2, both equipped with terrace furniture and offering a side view of the sea. A fully equipped kitchenette is also located on this floor, alongside a shower and WC forming the first of the 2 bathrooms available in the property.

The upper floor hosts 1 bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with its own access to a terrace. This floor also includes a sleeping alcove with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accommodating 2 children. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove. A bath and WC complete the upper floor, serving as the second of the 2 bathrooms in the property.

The maisonette is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The living area benefits from air conditioning, as does the upper floor bedroom, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property regardless of the season. A flat screen television is provided in the living room for your entertainment.

The kitchenette is fully appointed with a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. Terrace furniture is provided on both outdoor spaces, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea views. WiFi internet access is available throughout the property as an extra service.

The property is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. It is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. A roofed parking space numbered 2332, suitable for 1 car with a maximum vehicle height of 180 cm, is available for your use during the stay.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
