The upper floor hosts 1 bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with its own access to a terrace. This floor also includes a sleeping alcove with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accommodating 2 children. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove. A bath and WC complete the upper floor, serving as the second of the 2 bathrooms in the property.

The living area benefits from air conditioning, as does the upper floor bedroom, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property regardless of the season. The property is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. It is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. A roofed parking space numbered 2332, suitable for 1 car with a maximum vehicle height of 180 cm, is available for your use during the stay.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
