A flat screen television is also present in this area. The kitchenette is fully equipped and seamlessly connected to the dining space, which includes a dining table for meals. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Direct access to a 7 m2 balcony is available from the main living area, furnished with balcony furniture and offering an outdoor space for relaxation.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
