This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 42 m2 situated on the first floor, offering a bright and spacious living environment with beautiful furnishings throughout. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and features 1 bedroom along with 1 bathroom. The entrance hall includes a dedicated dressing room, providing practical storage space upon arrival. The living and dining area is elegantly arranged with a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and a flat-screen television. From the living area, you have direct access to a west-facing terrace of 16 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and ideal for relaxing outdoors. The bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, the lower bunk measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the upper bunk measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that the top bunk bed is suitable only for 1 child and not for 1 adult. The bathroom features a bath and WC combined. The kitchenette is fully equipped and integrated into the apartment's layout, offering a practical and functional cooking space.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. In terms of climate control, air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, complemented by electric heating to keep you warm during cooler periods. The kitchenette is well appointed with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Senseo coffee machine are available as an extra. For your entertainment, a flat-screen television is provided in the living area, though please note that TV channels are available in French only. Laundry needs are covered with a washing machine on site, and an iron is also available for your convenience. The apartment benefits from complimentary WiFi internet access, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay.
Other Information
The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. A dedicated parking space, numbered 17, is available for your use during the stay. The west-facing terrace of 16 m2 is furnished and provides a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation. Should you require coffee capsules compatible with the Senseo machine, these are available as a paid extra and are not included as standard.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
